On Good Friday, i went to McDonalds and had this - a BIG MAC. It tasted good of course but almost anything that tastes that good is really unhealthy.
This is what it contains:

We all know that saturated fats are bad for us and during the past 40 years, many scientific studies have examined the effects of dietary saturated fat on blood cholesterol. These studies have shown that a high intake of saturated fat increases blood cholesterol and the risk for heart disease5-9. This is why health professionals recommend a reduction in saturated fat intake.
This BIG MAC also has TRANSFATS! The really bad fats. Trans fats are neither required nor beneficial for health. Eating trans fat in fact further increases the risk of CORONARY HEART DISEASE as it also lower levels of good cholesterol while increasing levels of the so-called bad cholesterol. It also has other nasty effects such as OBESITY: Research indicates that trans fat may increase weight gain and abdominal fat, despite a similar caloric intake. A 6-year experiment revealed that monkeys fed a trans-fat diet gained 7.2% of their body weight, as compared to 1.8% for monkeys on a mono-unsaturated fat diet. So to all out there who would like to keep a slim figure, or not die from heart diseases stay away from this!
So to conclude, BIG MAC is obviously unhealthy, delicious, but nonetheless still UNHEALTHY.
