no time to find unhealthy food but....
i found 10 STEPS TO A HEALTHIER HEART! reduce the chance of having a heart attack by as much as 90%! yay!
1. walk 30 minutes everyday - and then call someonethis will reduce the rate of having a heart attck by 30%!
i didn't really understand the call someone part but its what the artical says:
Calling someone everyday is crucial; that's the real commintment. Find aperson's who's supportive and will not nag but will call you if you haven't called her. And by the way, it usually is a "her". Men tend to be lousy at this.

2. know your blood pressure and do whatever it takes to get it down to 115/75
blood pressure is more important than cholestrol!
the best way to lower it? exercise and lose that belly fat!
basically when it builds up it pushes on the kidney and increases blood pressure so losing that fat will cause your blood pressure to go down real fast.
3. eat an ounce of nuts a dayi know theres the common misconception that nuts are really unhealthy as they're loaded with fats BUT the fats are GOOD fats.
they contain good cholestrol and decrease inflamation and benefits the heart.
they contain omega-3 fatty acids, healthy protein and fibre.
they are best eaten raw, fresh and unsalted.
if you want them roasted, roast them yourself! at 175 degrees celcius for 9 minutes
it won't cause bad fat or dangerous acrtlamides to form.
4. increase your HDL number to at least 50a higher HDL number is more important than a lower LDL number.
ways to increase? exercise, have one drink a day, eat healthy fats or ask your doc for stuff
5. eat 10 tablespoons of tomato ketchup a week
this is the most interesting tip by far1
tomato sauce is loaded with blood pressure slashing pottasium.
6. floss your teeth regularly
avoiding periodontal disease prevents inflamation of arteries.
most people don't know that oral health affects arterial health, bad oral health may even wrinkle you skin.
7. eat no more than 20g of saturated fat a day
its common sense that saturated fat is bad for you.
abstain from processed foods, those contain the most fats
8.read label an throw out food with sugar in the first five ingridients
food low in fat but high in sugar are more dangerous than foods high in fat but low in sugar.
supar morphs into the dangerous fats arounf your belly.
healthy fats are better than empty food calories.

9.have a glass of wine or beer today [ not recommended for children below the age of 21]
some how it has an anti-inflammatory effect. people who d'nt drink at all have a higher chance of heart disease than people who drink a LITTLE. people who drink A LOT may not get heart disease but tend to die of cancer. AND seven drinks on one day is not equivilant to one drink a night. alcohol in MODERATION is good for your arteries.
10. eat nine servings of colourful fruit and vegetables a dayyou should know why this is important

some stuff we might think of as unhealthy may be healthy and some stuff we think are healthy may not be healthy
